Schedule and Communication

Schedule 

To help our planning come to life we have made a schedule to ensure we get work done. This schedule allows each member of the group to know what work they are required to do and what work needs done. It also ensures that we get the work done in our time frame and that we are not left with too much work to do in little time. This schedule is shown here:

Thursday 24th January  Racheal: -Storyboards Completed  Maria: -Updated Group Blog (Consolidation of research and Initial Planning Ideas- focus group) Niamh: -Complete presentation Video	Thursday Class and Homework	All this work was completed for Fridays Class.
Friday 25th January Team Work  -Create Animatic Of Storyboards to be presented for feedback    Individual Jobs in Team Work Racheal: -Creating Animatic  Maria + Niamh: -Creating Animatic	Friday Class	All this work was completed by the end of class on friday.
Weekend Work Racheal: -Shot Lists  Maria: -Scripting + Costume  Niamh: -Actors/Location/Props *Discuss Ideas for all of this in class on friday, individual work over the weekend to do 1st draft on each of these planning aspects.	Weekend Homework	This work was completed over the weekend and discussed in mondays class.
Monday 27th January Team Work  -Will discuss individual work from weekend, bringing together everyones ideas and updating individual work with all ideas/opinions of group.	Monday Class	Changes were made to individual documents in the group discuss as we brought our ideas together.
Tuesday/Wednesday 28th/29th January  Team Work -Trail the locations for filming video -Test lighting / sound etc  -A filming Schedule will be drawn up to plan when will be filming	This will need to be done outside class, in location which planning to film. Completed for the class on thursday class.	Tuesday class and wednesday we didn't go ahead with this plan. Instead we went ahead with presenting the animatic to the target audience and receiving feedback.

Communication

To allow good communication in the group we have also created a private group Facebook and we have also created a group Whatsapp conversation. This will allow us to share our ideas throughout the process and make sure that everyones ideas can be expressed. It will also give us the chance to make sure that everyone is working and if anyone requires help that they can easily ask the group.
